Thank you for stopping by. My name is Jessie Gonzalez, and I am a cybersecurity engineer with 10+ years of experience in security, IT operations, and cloud infrastructure. I secure Microsoft Azure and Entra ID (Microsoft’s cloud sign-in and identity service), build SIEM pipelines that collect security logs in one place, and test how local AI models can be used safely. On this blog, I write up what I build and what I learn, so other people can skip the guesswork.

Current Security Engineering Focus: Designing and securing Azure Cloud and Microsoft Entra ID environments. Recently implemented an end-to-end identity security logging pipeline, forwarding Entra ID authentication and audit logs into a third-party SIEM using Elastic technologies. Currently operationalizing an in-house SIEM capability focused on centralized logging, detection engineering, monitoring, and threat investigation.

AI Security Research & Emerging Technology: Exploring local AI infrastructure using Ollama, including private LLM deployments, AI automation workflows, and secure AI adoption for cybersecurity use cases.
